The Bridge offers clinicians full-time salaried positions with a wide range of benefits including twenty-five paid days off in the first year which increases to thirty-two days off in year two.
Clinicians also receive free CEU trainings through our own recognized Training Institute, weekly clinical supervision, and extensive in-house training from experts in the field of mental health and evidence based practices. $1000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions or $500 sign-on bonus for part-time positions.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team implementing the DBT informed skills system developed by Julie Brown, Ph.D. This unique human service position offers the clinician the opportunity to support individuals of all learning abilities both in individual and group settings. Individuals are seen in the communities where they live and work, including the Central, MA and North Central geographies. The clinician will receive consultation with Dr. Brown and other team members. The position is Monday- Friday.
