Overview

The Bridge is currently hiring a Division Director for our Adult Mental Health Programs located in Worcester. This division of Adult Mental Health Services oversees the New Beginnings, Oberlin Street, Alsada House, Worcester Supported Housing and Community Support Programs, and oversees the mobile respite. This Division Director will supervise the Program Managers of these programs.

Responsibilities

The Division Director provides leadership, administrative and clinical oversight to the programs. He/she also serves as the primary liaison with the Department of Mental Health and other collateral services, including sub-contracting with other agencies. The Division Director will also be responsible for providing rotating on-call coverage for the agency.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Human Service related field, strongly preferred, BA required, plus five years of related experience, at least two of which have been in a supervisory capacity.  LPHA (LSW, LMHC, LCSW, or LiCSW), or LPHA eligibility is preferred. Candidate must demonstrate knowledge and skill in developing, implementing and monitoring services for individuals with serious and persistent mental illness and co-occurring disorders (including residential and supported housing services). Strong organizational, management and supervision skills. Duties include interviewing, hiring, supervising and evaluating staff. Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint, etc.)
