The Bridge is a human service agency that provides counseling services to people facing challenges. This residence provides a therapeutic living environment for young men and women between the ages of 18 and 22+ with mental health challenges. The program goal is to help young adults referred by the Department of Mental Health to develop independent living skills, healthy relationships, personal independence, and the skills to manage their illnesses. The program has two on-site clinicians and vocational day programming. Both DBT and IMR are evidence based practices that are used at NCR to help individuals become more self-sufficient. The goal is to teach the skills necessary for the young adults to live independently.
The Bridge provides excellent supervision (both individual and group), as well as various trainings in which to obtain CEU’s, and opportunities for advancement. The Bridge is an eligible employer for the Public Student Loan Forgiveness Program and provides some tuition reimbursement for continuing education.
The Bridge is currently offering a $250 sign on bonus for applicants bring hired into the NCR program.
Awake overnight counselors provide support to individuals at the program.
Overnight staff must have the ability to remain awake and alert during the overnight shift.
Awake overnights are responsible for providing a safe, secure environment for the individuals we provide services to. Awake overnights may do some basic housekeeping, filing, medication counts, and administer medications. Awake overnights need to be alert and able to respond to any issues that may arise.
