The Bridge is a human service agency that provides counseling services to people facing challenges. Next Step and Transitions is a two-program residence that serves individuals referred by the Department of Mental Health. This structured residence is designed to assist individuals with previous attempts at community living to learn new skills that will help them to be successful in the community and prepare for transition to less restrictive environments. Next Step utilizes Illness Management and Recovery (IMR) and Supported Employment as treatment models and offers Peer Support. The Transitions program offers Illness Management and Recovery (IMR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Peer Support, and Supported Employment as treatment models.


The Bridge provides excellent supervision (both individual and group), as well as various trainings in which to obtain CEU’s, and opportunities for advancement. The Bridge is an eligible employer for the Public Student Loan Forgiveness Program and provides tuition reimbursement for continuing education. 


The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for developing and writing treatment and behavior plans, providing oversight of treatment blocks, maintaining collateral contacts, and performing and assisting clinicians with assessments. The Treatment Coordinator also provides shift supervision, leads groups, and serves as a member of the leadership team in both the program and the Young Adult division. The Treatment Coordinator has on-call responsibilities and provides aftercare to the young adults and their families.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Services related field preferred.
  • Three plus years experience with adults, two of which include supervisory or clinical experience.
  • Eligible candidate must have knowledge of writing treatment plans, assessments, and behavior plans.
  • Candidate must be at least 20 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and be able to demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word.
  • Candidate must be First Aid, CPR, and Medication Administration Program (MAP) certified or certifiable (The Bridge provides MAP Training).
