Program Manager - Lunenburg Women's ABI Residence

The Lunenburg program works with with four wome who have acquired brain injury requiring residential support with their physical, medical, and emotional challenges.  Services include community integration, and development of social and leisure skills. Hands-on specialized personal care assistance, including transfers and lifting, will also be provided by the direct support professionals. Clinical and nursing supports will be provided on site.


The Bridge provides excellent supervision, as well as various training and advancement opportunities. The Bridge is an eligible employer for the Public Student Loan Forgiveness Program and provides some tuition reimbursement for continuing education.


The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the program by providing supervisory, administrative, clinical, and managerial oversight. The Program Manager will also have on-call responsibilities.


  • Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services/Social Services related field preferred, plus experience with adults with acquired brain injuries.
  • Candidate must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. 
  • Minimum of a high school diploma and/or GED/HiSET.
  • Candidates must demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Word.
  • Must be First Aid, CPR and MAP (Medication Administration Program) certified or certifiable.
