The Bridge offers clinicians full-time, salaried positions with a wide range of benefits including twenty-five paid days off in the first year which increases to thirty-two days off in year two.

Clinicians also receive free CEU trainings through our own recognized Training Institute, weekly clinical supervision, and extensive in-house training and consultation from experts in the field of mental health and evidence based practices.  $1000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions or $500 sign-on bonus for part-time positions.


This clinician position offers the opportunity to be trained in, and take the lead in, providing Innovative Evidence Based Practices (EBPs), including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) to co-ed youth, ages 13–19. The program, located in Westborough, MA, focuses on helping youth maintain in the community with the goal of returning home or to a less restrictive environment, by following the philosophies and principles of Wraparound. The ideal candidate for this position is a clinician who is flexible, and has good teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.


The clinician will:

  • Receive intensive training in Evidence Based Practices (including DBT and CBT) along with participation in a supportive clinical consultation team.
  • Lead clinical groups, individual sessions, and family sessions.
  • Provide oversight as the clinician in the ongoing implementation of the DBT treatment model.
  • Providing clinical consultation and training to staff in programs providing these treatments.
  • Coordinating and monitoring individual treatment plans (ITPs) in collaboration with the youth’s treatment team
  • Providing crisis management, with occasional on-call responsibilities
  • This position also allows for the opportunity to supervise an intern, when applicable. 


  • Master's degree in Human Service related field, with independent licensure (LICSW or LMHC), plus two years’ experience working with individuals with mental health challenges. 
  • Experience in assessment and treatment planning
  • Ability to provide leadership and direction in crisis situations.
  • Ability to relate effectively with other team members.
  • Must possess leadership and time-management skills and have effective verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
