This residential program provides services to four adults with intellectual disabilities who present with complex mental health and behavioral challenges. The home has a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) milieu where the entire program experiences a DBT culture designed to shape individuals toward increased independence and self-reliance. The goal is to assist the individuals to make progress in the areas of personal safety and gain better control of their emotions and behavior. An on-site day program offers each individual a structured routine of skill building activities. The program manager is also responsible for the oversight of one shared living individual and their provider. 


The Bridge provides excellent supervision (both individual and group), as well as various trainings in which to obtain CEU’s, and opportunities for advancement. The Bridge is an eligible employer for the Public Student Loan Forgiveness Program and provides some tuition reimbursement for continuing education. 


The Program Manager is responsible for:

  • Oversight of day to day operations in the program.
  • Providing program leadership and supervision.
  • Provide administrative and clinical support.
  • Provide on-call Responsibilities as needed.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Social Services related field.
  • Two plus years experience with intellectually disabled adults.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED/HiSET.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite including Word and Excel.
  • First Aid, CPR, MAP (Medication Administration Program) and SOLVE (Strategies of Limiting Violent Episodes) certified or certifiable.
