The Grove Street program is an approved Caring Together Group Home Program for adolescents referred by the Department of Mental Health (DMH) and the Department of Children and Families (DCF). This program utilizes evidence-based treatment models to assist youth in moving into more independent settings. The Bridge provides training and consultation on several of these evidence-based practice models, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Wraparound. The Bridge provides excellent supervision (both individual and group), as well as various trainings in which to obtain CEU’s, and opportunities for advancement. The Bridge is an eligible employer for the Public Student Loan Forgiveness Program and provides tuition reimbursement for continuing education.
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and providing overall program leadership for all services provided. Program Managers provide administrative, clinical, and management oversight. The Program Manager will have On-call Responsibilities.
Bachelor’s Degree in a Social Services related field preferred, plus a minimum of two years of experience working with children with serious and persistent mental illness. Candidates must have at least two years of supervisory experience. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years of age with the minimum of a high school diploma or GED/HiSET. Eligible candidate must demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word. Candidates must be CPR, First Aid, and MAP (Medication Administration Program) certified or certifiable.
