Overview

The Bridge is a human service agency that provides counseling services to people facing challenges. The Grove Street program is an approved Caring Together Group Home Program for adolescents referred by the Department of Mental Health (DMH) and the Department of Children and Families (DCF). This program utilizes evidence-based treatment models to assist youth in moving into more independent settings. The Bridge provides training and consultation on several of these evidence-based practice models, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Wraparound. The Bridge provides excellent supervision (both individual and group), as well as various trainings in which to obtain CEU’s, and opportunities for advancement. The Bridge is an eligible employer for the Public Student Loan Forgiveness Program and provides tuition reimbursement for continuing education.

Responsibilities

The Treatment Coordinator develops and writes treatment and behavioral plans, oversees treatment blocks, has contact with collaterals, assists clinicians with assessments, and supervises shifts. The Treatment Coordinator serves as a member of the leadership staff to both the program and the Child & Adolescent Residential Services division. The Treatment Coordinator has On-Call responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Services related field preferred, plus a minimum of three years of experience with children and adolescents, two of which include supervisory or clinical experience.
  • Candidate must have knowledge of writing treatment plans, assessments, and behavioral plans.
  • Candidate must have a current, valid driver's license.
  • Eligible candidate must demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word.
  • Candidate must be medication certified (MAP) or certifiable. Eligible candidate must be 20 years of age.
