The School^House program is an approved Caring Together Group Home Program for youth ages 8 to 12 years old referred by the Department of Mental Health (DMH) and the Department of Children and Families (DCF). This program utilizes evidence-based treatment models to assist youth in moving home or to foster/adoptive homes. Our agency provides training and consultation on several of these evidence-based practice models, including Wraparound and Experiential Learning.
Our agency provides excellent supervision (both individual and group), as well as various trainings in which to obtain CEU’s, and opportunities for advancement. Our agency is an eligible employer for the Public Student Loan Forgiveness Program and provides some tuition reimbursement for continuing education.
Senior Residential Counselors are responsible for organizing and supervising all scheduled shift activities, supervising staff on shift, maintaining a caseload, and having on-call responsibilities as assigned.
