Our agency is a leader in providing evidence-based services and treatment for those with mental health challenges, developmental disabilities, acquired brain injury and/or complex family problems. Our agency offers more than 45 programs serving children, adolescents, transition-age youth, adults and families in the Central, Eastern and Metro-west regions of Massachusetts.

The Clinician will provide individual or family therapy using CBT-based treatments for cases as assigned. Case assignments are assigned based on interest, experience, and appropriateness of fit and may include individuals with a variety of clinical presentations. Individuals receiving services are primarily funded by DDS, DMH, or DCF. Age ranges served include children and adolescents as well as young adults, adults and elders. In addition, the clinician is responsible to complete all required documentation and participate in treatment planning and team meetings as identified. Per diem clinicians will be asked to meet for clinical supervision and is expected to work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide clinical services to individuals in his or her caseload. The ideal candidate is someone who is flexible, and has good teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
Master's degree in Social Services related field, plus relevant training and experience in providing individual and family therapy.
