This program specializes in serving women referred by the Department of Developmental Disabilities Services who have intellectual disabilities, as well as psychiatric diagnoses and/or eating disorders. This service combines a five-person residential home with one apartment and is staffed 24 hours a day. The treatment focus is on mental health stabilization, community inclusion, job development, and relationship development and maintenance.  


The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and providing overall program leadership for all services provided. Program Managers provide administrative, clinical, and management oversight. The Program Manager is also responsible for On-call Responsibilities.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Social Services related field.
  • Two plus years experience with adults with mental illness.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED/HiSET.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite including Word and Excel.
  • First Aid, CPR, MAP (Medication Administration Program) and SOLVE (Strategies of Limiting Violent Episodes) certified or certifiable.
