    Our agency offers clinicians full-time, salaried positions with a wide range of benefits including twenty-five paid days off in the first year which increases to thirty-two days off in year two.

    Clinicians also receive free CEU trainings through our own recognized Training Institute, weekly clinical supervision, and extensive in-house training and consultation from experts in the field of mental health and evidence based practices.  $2000 sign-on bonus for this Licensed position.


    This clinician position offers the opportunity to be trained in, and take the lead in, providing Innovative Evidence Based Practices (EBPs), including Illness Manangement and Recovery(IMR)  to co-ed youth, ages 13–19. The program, located in Worcester, MA, focuses on helping youth maintain in the community with the goal of returning home or to a less restrictive environment, by following the philosophies and principles of Wraparound. The ideal candidate for this position is a clinician who is flexible, and has good teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.


    The clinician will:

    • Receive intensive training in Evidence Based Practices (including IMR and Wraparound) along with participation in a supportive clinical consultation team.
    • Lead clinical groups, individual sessions, and family sessions.
    • Provide oversight as the clinician in the ongoing implementation of the IMR treatment model.
    • Providing clinical consultation and training to staff in programs providing these treatments.
    • Coordinating and monitoring individual treatment plans (ITPs) in collaboration with the youth’s treatment team
    • Providing crisis management, with occasional on-call responsibilities
    • This position also allows for the opportunity to supervise an intern, when applicable. 


    • Master’s degree with LICSW or LMHC required.
    • Expertise in mental health treatment of seriously emotionally disturbed children or adolescents and their families.
    • Knowledge of substance abuse and dual diagnosis treatment preferred.
    • This position requires the ability to work effectively with many agencies including; DCF, DMH, and educational facilities.
    • Candidates must be flexible and available to work evening hours as well as have a reliable vehicle.
