    The Bridge offers clinicians full-time salaried positions with a wide range of  benefits including twenty-five paid days off in the first year which increases to thirty-two days off in year two.

    Clinicians also receive free CEU trainings through our own recognized Training Institute, weekly clinical supervision, and extensive in-house training from experts in the field of mental health and evidence based practices.  $2000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions.

     

    Position specifics:

    These unique human service positions offers a clinician the opportunity to support individuals with mental health challenges and/or developmental disabilities in residential settings, and supported housing settings. The Clinician will be trained in and take the lead in providing Innovative Evidence Based Practices (EBPs), including Illness Management and Recovery (IMR), Dialectial Behavioral Therapy(DBT), Wrap around Services, and Recovery Oriented Cognitive Therapy (CT-R.) These positions are located in Northern Worcester County, Worcester, and Westboro. These positions are Monday through Friday with varying hours.  Some positions include on-call rotations.

    Responsibilities

    The clinician will:

    • Receive intensive training in Evidence Based Practices (including DBT, IMR, Wraparound services and CT-R) along with participation in supportive clinical consultation teams as required by position.
    • Lead clinical groups, individual sessions, family sessions, and treatment planning meetings with individuals served as required by position.
    • Provide oversight as the lead clinician in the ongoing implementation of evidence based treatment models.
    • Providing clinical consultation and training to staff in programs providing these treatments.
    • Develop and implement Comprehensive Assessments and Individualized Treatment Plans.

    Qualifications

    • Independant licensure in Social Services related field, plus relevant training and experience in the treatment of youth with serious emotional disturbance (SED) and family systems and adults with mental health and/or substance abuse issues.
    • Candidate must have leadership skills, be flexible, and have excellent time-management skills as well as effective verbal and written communications skills.
    • Candidates must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle for home and community based services.
