  • Overview

    Adult Community Clinical Services(ACCS) are comprehensive clinically focused services provided by a multi-disciplinary team that provides services to adults with mental health needs.  Our agency  is currently seeking qualified candidates in the areas listed below:


    3 Program Directors in North County Adult Services

    1 Program Director in South County Adult Services



      1. Hire, supervise, mentor and evaluate Program Coordinators and Team Leaders.

      2. Ensure the timely and thorough Screening and Enrollment of individuals referred to ACCS within prescribed timelines.

      3. Work collaboratively with all members of the Integrated Team to ensure efficient and effective Adult Community Clinical Services which maximize the success and satisfaction of individuals served.

      4. Conduct comprehensive assessments with persons served, ensure  implementation of treatment plans and clinical interventions

      5. Oversee the facilitation of the Quality Improvement Process and the development and implementation of Business Plans in collaboration with the Integrated Teams.

      6. Collaborate with Integrated Team and Staff Development to identify, design and deliver relevant staff training.

      7. Maintain and revise policy and procedures related to Adult Community Clinical Services. 

      8. Develop and implement a strategic plan identifying specific evidence based practices/state of the art services and clinical goals and objectives for each division to enhance Adult Community Clinical Services.

      9. Oversee the collection, analysis and timely reporting and of rehabilitation billing.

      10. Work collaboratively with ACCS Leadership to analyze service outcomes, progress and efficiency data, satisfaction and other management information in order to modify and further improve service delivery.

      11. Participate in DMH Quality Improvement and Management activities as needed.

      12. In collaboration with ACCS Leadership, analyze Safeguard Monitoring data for trends and implement corrective actions as indicated.

      13. Collaborate with ACCS Leadership to ensure investigations and corrective actions are submitted according to timelines for all DMH Complaints and incidents.

      14. Attend, participate in, or facilitate meetings/trainings as assigned.

      15. Participate in supervision, team and other assigned meetings.

      16. Participate in On-call Beeper rotation.

      17. Perform other duties as assigned.



    Master’s Degree in social services with professional license (LPHA) plus two years of experience in human service management and valid driver’s license required.
