  • Overview

    The Bridge is a human service agency that provides counseling services to people facing challenges. This residential program offers comprehensive community-based services to five individuals with intellectual disabilities as well as significant behavioral challenges. There is 24-hour staffing in the residence. The focus of the program is the development of social skills, community participation, and wellness.


    The Bridge provides excellent supervision (both individual and group), as well as various trainings in which to obtain CEU’s, and opportunities for advancement. The Bridge is an eligible employer for the Public Student Loan Forgiveness Program and provides some tuition reimbursement for continuing education. 



    The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and providing overall program leadership for all services provided. Program Managers provide administrative, clinical, and management oversight. The Program Manager is also responsible for On-call Responsibilities.


    • Bachelor’s Degree in a Social Services related field preferred, plus a minimum of two years of experience working with intellectually disabled adults.
    • Candidates must have at least one year of supervisory experience.
    • Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 20 years of age with the minimum of a high school diploma or GED/HiSET.
    • Eligible candidate must demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word and be First Aid, CPR, and MAP (Medication Administration Program) certified or certifiable.
