This Department of Developmental Disabilities program serves men and women living with developmental disabilities, mental health issues and/or medical issues. Individuals live in homes which are staffed 24 hours a day or in supported housing apartments. The goals of this service are mental health stabilization, decreased hospitalizations, community inclusion, job development, and development and maintenance of social relationships. Individuals may be offered Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and providing overall program leadership for all services provided. Program Managers provide administrative, clinical, and management oversight. The Program Manager is also responsible for On-call Responsibilities.
