  • Responsibilities

    1. Hire, supervise, mentor and evaluate Counselors, and Overnight Staff.
    2. Participate in the development and implementation of component goals, objectives, and work plan tasks that are directed toward accomplishing the Agency’s Mission and Vision. 
    3. Facilitate weekly staff meeting.
    4. Develop and manage program budget.
    5. Ensure optimum program coverage through the development and monitoring of the schedule.
    6. Develop program structures and routines which promote a therapeutic milieu which fosters growth and development for all.
    7. Responsible for collaborating with Licensed Clinicians and other Integrated Team members to complete all Assessments, Treatment Plans, Service Notes and Periodic Reviews according to prescribed timelines.
    8. Responsible for the implementation of high quality rehabilitation according to each person’s Treatment Plan.
    9. Cultivate mutually respectful partnerships, set appropriate limits, and maintain a helping role with people served and family members.
    10. Demonstrate respect for all individuals regardless of ability status, culture, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, or ethnicity.
    11. Assist in the collection, analysis and timely reporting of all rehabilitation billing.
    12. Responsible for accurate and timely Events Reporting to the networks’ Administrative Assistant.
    13. Collaborate with Individuals Served, Licensed Clinician, Registered Nurse, and other members of the team in the implementation and monitoring of any self management and health and wellness plans and activities.
    14. Utilize crisis intervention or other means to intervene during a crisis situation, following established program and Agency procedures.
    15. Facilitate and monitor the implementation of activities that create opportunities for the development of valued roles and personal relationships in the community.
    16. Develop and monitor the implementation of all procedures that ensure the health, safety, and well being of individuals served.
    17. Responsible for the correct implementation of all prescribed medical and medication protocols in accordance with agency and MAP policies.
    18. Participate in the Quality Improvement process including conducting Surveys and developing/implementing corrective action plans.
    19. Assist people to access, and/or provide, all needed transportation.
    20. Participate in supervision, team, and other assigned meetings.
    21. Review and complete all required documentation.
    22. Communicate all pertinent information to all stakeholders.
    23. Attend and participate in all internal and external trainings as assigned.
    24. Acquire and maintain all required certifications.
    25. Participate in On-call Beeper rotation.
    26. Perform other duties as assigned.


    Bachelor’s degree in Social Services with residential and administrative experience preferred.  High School diploma and valid driver’s license required.
