Auburn Heights Program is an eight person group living environment located in the town of Auburn. The house is owned and managed by the Auburn Housing Authority. The program comprises of six men and two women and has one bedroom that is used for respite purposes. Individuals in the program work on their rehabilitation and recovery goals to increase their independent living skills, community engagement and memberships, hope building activities, employment, health and wellness.
The Bridge provides excellent supervision (both individual and group), as well as various trainings in which to obtain CEU’s, and opportunities for advancement. The Bridge is an eligible employer for the Public Student Loan Forgiveness Program and provides some tuition reimbursement for continuing education.
Residential Counselors provide support, guidance, advocacy, case management, and empowerment to the adults served in this community residential setting.
